How to add 'Sign Up for email news and update!'?

Default How to add 'Sign Up for email news and update!'?
Good afternoon everyone,

I just purchased the Education theme (it's nice!) and was wondering how to add 'Sign Up for email news and update!'? section and field at hte top right hand corner Under the News Feed and Comments (or any other area). There's one at the other themes such as http://www.studiopress.com/demo/agent.html but not the education theme.
