Font size of page titles & more are small on IPhone

I am not sure why the titles on all the pages, the first word on the home page content, and the entire footer is displaying such a smaller font size on the iPhone. It looks fine on the computer in all the browsers.

How can I make it look fine on the iPhone. The page content besides this on the iPhone looks fine.
