Plugin Help

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a plugin, I would assume a form plugin, that knows who the user is that is submitting the form.

For instance, you need to login as a user, when you answer the questions on the form and hit submit, the backend knows that that specific user filled out the form. So wherever that data goes, is shows it was entered and submitted by "user A". Therefore, you are certain that you know the person filling out the form is that user that logged in?
