How can I upload the Genesis and the Theme?

Dear all,

I just ordered a Theme and Genesis file but I don't know how to upload it into my wordpress file, in a presentation I saw that it can be uploaded via ZIP file which you should receive from studiopress but I did not, how can I now upload all the files which are in the Genesis and Theme file?
