Can't Find These Two Plugins That Were Recommended

Hi, I know these two plugins are in the forums, but I've spent an hour trying to find it again and I cannot.

Can someone tell em the two recommended plugins to include/exlude a page from the nav bar and include/exclude a category from the sub nav bar?

I use Lifestyle_30 theme if needed.
