More Button and Featured Widget

Hello,

I'm playing around, just trying to learn more about Genesis, and I noticed that...

1. If you have a page or post in which you inserted a <!--more--> tag,

2. And then use a featured widget to "Show Content" with "Content Character Limit" and "More Text" both blank,

3. The widget will only truncate the page or post at the <!--more--> point if you are on the home page or on the "posts page" if a static front page has been set.

Why isn't the widget truncating the page or post on all pages?
