Moving Comments Link Below Post

Sorry guys I've tried searching for this but I can't seem to find the solution - I know it's somewhere here! =)

How do I move the comments link, which is currently found on a category index page (eg. /blog/) to be placed underneath the content of the post?

At the moment the comments link is found under the title and I'd like it under the excerpt/content.
