Hi,
Layman here, but I do most of my own work. I have a whole slew of databases in my Hostgator account - a lot of them from previous WP installations which are now defunct. Every time I do a new WP installation it makes a new database. Is there a way I can find out which database are actually being used for my various active domains/WP installations, and which ones are now orphans.? Main concern: I have a new WP site (currently in a test directory) that I want to export to my main directory, but I'm now not sure of which database to specify when I import the backup to the main directory (using Backup Buddy). Is there a way to tell which database goes with which domain/WP installation? Hope that's clear. Thanks in advance for any help. Mike |
