![]() Hello, I'm getting really frustrated here so I hope someone can help. I bought the Pro Plus Membership a week or two ago, I downloaded the Genesis framework and a child theme (agency) from the thank you page. However I did not get an email with a username or instructions on how to get back in to download other themes. I understand I have to use my User Control to so this, but without the username / password I can't access my profile. I created this one just to try and get help. I have tried every email I own and none are recognized and certainly not my PayPal email which was used to pay. You had no problem recognizing it to charge and to send me other emails about new offers. Here is my receipt, I have also sent an email to support which was on my papal receipt but haven't been replied to. When you spend $300+ its really frustrating not to be able to get access to you account, or any support via email or forums and having to create a new profile just to be able to post in a general comments section.
