This client needed a basic CMS, with no need for any blogging aspects at all. So I tweaked the colors/logo, and used the wonderful Improved Include Page plugin to bring page content into all of the home boxes.

I stripped the sidebar out on everything except the resources page, and voila! One minimalistic CMS-only site :)
