funky question about my blog design

Hey guys and gals....

I am using the church theme but my client wants the home page to feature full length posts or at least show the posts with out the read more tags...I know this doesnt look great but this is how he wants it.

I configured the site so there is no featured top and I removed featured right and left and moved up featured bottom to be the only posting area on the home page. I increased the post amount to show but it still shows the post in the snippets...in othe rwords I want the actual post to show on the home page and not the "snippet"

I hope this makes sense...so I want the actual post to show on the home page and not just the "snippet" ( by the way I know its not called a snippet but I cant think of the actual word..LOL I have been working on sites all day and I am delirious I think)
