Thumbs down Very Annoyed with Studiopress!

Hello,

I've been a member/customer since 2009.

I purchased a couple of themes and the genesis connect plugin, the file download link doesn't exist in my email inbox anymore.

I'm not a pro member and don't need it.

I emailed you via your contact form to provide proof of receipt of my purchases. I find it very frustrating that you can't give me a straight answer as to where I can simply download my purchases.

1. Magazine Child Theme
2. Genesis Connect Plugin (I don't see it in the studipress plugins category as 'sticky')

You need to have every members purchased files sorted in a member's account to access easily.

I've never expressed my annoyance in a forum but I'm at boiling point now... I expected high quality service from a high quality company.
I want to hear what Brian thinks about Studiopress's poor support for old members.

Looking forward to a helpful reply.

Thanks!
