iFrame or Full width?

So, tomorrow I'm going to get the URL from my MLS search company to set it up on the new site.

But, I've seen people going both ways with this. What are the advantages and disadvantages to both?

I know how to do the full width -- I just select the full width template when I'm making a page, right? I haven't used one yet, is there anything I need to do to configure it?

How do I do an iFrame?
