Ecommerce plugin that works well with Genesis?

I have a site that needs a fairly simple ecommerce component. It is basically one item, and the shopper selects a size, style and a couple of other options. Anyone have a suggestion for an ecommerce component that works well with Genesis? Currently my client uses Paypal and does not have a merchant account so if this is still doable, even better. Thanks!
