Default plugin that only shows content once someone subscribes?

Hi,

I want to make one of those offers where "if you subscribe to my email list you get a free ebook". So I need to basically be able to hide my content until someone submits their email. But obviously I don't want them to be able to send the link to everyone on the planet, so it has to be a one-time deal or expire or something.

I have Mailchimp integrated so my subscribers go right into my Mailchimp account, not into Wordpress.

Any suggestions for a plugin that I can use to do this?

Thanks!
