DISREGARD
Thru trial and error I was able to get back to my site. I took the x out of the front of limit-post.php and was then able to get back to my wp-admin. I then reset the theme to be Revolution... but it only brought back the tabber. With the Revolution theme again active, I then once again changed the name of the limit-post.php to be xlimit-post.php (my strange way of de-activating an item) and the site came back in full force (www.pbgpf.org). Is there a tutorial somewhere that show how to CORRECTLY switch from an old Revolution theme to the new Genesis parent/child themes? Thanks all... Tom OK, so that was a bad attempt! I tried to upgrade my Revolution Pro-10 theme to a Genesis/Sleek theme and failed miserably. I downloaded both Genesis and Sleek to my Themes directory and then thru wp-admin tried to specify Sleek as the active Theme. Results: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare the_content_limit() (previously declared in /home/pbgpvor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xlimit-post.php:18) in /home/pbgpvor/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/functions/formatting.php on line 73 And of course the entire blog has now disappeared. I'd like to restore back to the original Revolution Pro theme... at least until I can get a better understanding of how to move to Genesis.. but I have no idea how to correct the above error. HELP ! Thanks very much for any assistance. Tom
