Warning message re: breadcrumbs

Default Warning message re: breadcrumbs
I get these messages when I go to activate Streamline:

Warning: include(/home/content/16/4493616/html/wp-content/themes/streamline/tools/breadcrumb-navigation-xt.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/16/4493616/html/wp-content/themes/streamline/functions.php on line 21

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/content/16/4493616/html/wp-content/themes/streamline/tools/breadcrumb-navigation-xt.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/16/4493616/html/wp-content/themes/streamline/functions.php on line 21

I downloaded the theme again, but I'm still getting it. I found the breadcrumb.php file -- do I need to do something in there?
