Mobile versions of websites

I want to be able to offer my clients a "mobile version" of their websites...I like the "responsive" child themes. I recently run across another way of creating a mobile version (www.mobilewebamerica.com) which seems to answer the problem of a "non-responsive" child theme.

Anyone familiar with www.mobilewebamerica.com or any similar program?
