White Bar...what is it?

Please take a look at my website www.livingonoldhickorylake.com. Where the bottom of the lake photo is(Header) and above the navbar is a white box between them. How do I remove that? I have played with the CSS to see if it was any of the styling/sizing in the navbar or header and it isn't.

I would appreciate any help you give me!
