NextGen Gallery help using StudioPress Theme

Ok, I have looked all over the web for help on this and have not been able to find an answer. So I am asking the StudioPress family for some help on this one. Can someone please, please, please help me find an answer to this question? I have built a site for a local furniture store in my area and I am trying to add a product gallery to his website. I am using the NextGen Gallery in the Church Theme. I have figured out how to add a gallery, but here is where my problem is.

I am trying to add a title under each of the thumbnails. I want it to be bold and centered under the thumbnail. Once someone clicks on the thumbnail I have it open in a thick box layout. What I would like to do once the thick box opens is have the title under the picture, followed by a description of the product and then a call to action like, "Call 1-877-XXX-XXXX for Pricing!" Can someone please help point me in the right direction on this one? I have been through the forums on the NextGen gallery forum and have not found any answers to this. More or less, just confusion.
