Lost username and password

I purchased the genesis framework and a couple of child themes. I already had a StudioPress forum account, but I believe I set up another account for this purchase. Anyway, the email address I used for this new account has been hacked and I'm blocked out of it forever so I can't have my username and password sent to me. I have a transaction key for this purchase to get upgrades, which I desperately need at this point, but I can't access them. Any ideas?
