Moving From Blogger

Hi I am making the move from blogger and have set up a mirror site. I have installed Genesis and a child theme. I have been setting things up and customizing the new theme. When I am done and ready to move my files from blogger I will be able to move it into the new theme I have been working on right? I won't have to set things up again will I ?

I am new to WordPress and Genesis.
