Help moving from TypePad to WordPress

Hi All,
I just got an inquiry from a person looking to move from Typepad to WordPress.

I'm looking for 2 things:

1. Any advice on doing this, things to watch out for, etc?

2. Is anyone on this forum good at this? I might be interested in doing the design but would rather not do the migration.
