Need to add additional links to the footer section

The site I'm currently working on is http://taylord2urealty.com/wordpress

In the footer section of the home page I would like to add additional links for privacy, disclaimer and fair housing.
Currently, these newly added links will take a site visitor to my website (test purposes).

I have created population content for these newly created links, but I'm not sure of the easiest/best way to point these links i.e. should I link them to individual categories or pages, other?

If someone could give me an example of the type of code I would need it would be greatly appreciated.
