Add Upoloaded Picture to Title Bar?

Hello,

I am very new to all this. I have a website Child Theme I believe. I want to jump in and start chanigng the appearance of the Main Page / Home Page.

There is a blue rectangular bar on the top right/center part of my page and I wish to add a picture to it. I have looked and looked through my dashboard and cannot figure it out. Any help would be apprecaited.
