HELP Can't see blog My FAULT

Please help, in the general options where it says URL for the blog I changed it thinking it was the link from the head banner and now I can't login.
I had http://www.respuestaexpress.com/blog/ which was correct I deleted blog leaving it like this: http://www.respuestaexpress.com/

Now I can't login and what is shows is horrible.

How can I fix it?
