Is there any plug in to avoid SPAM comments on blog

Hi Guys,

I've been getting SPAM comments on my blog. Luckily, I can always screen the comments before they go on the website. I noticed that the spam comments i get only relays to one post i have. Does anyone know why? And also, how can I prevent them from coming.
