Agency Theme

Hello All,
I'm brand new to Wpress and am embarrassed to even ask the following questions. I'm looking at the Agency theme but I wan't the scrolling images to be smaller and take up less space above the fold.. Is this possible to do? I also want to had footer widgets with keyword links, I think I'll be able to do it I just wanted to confirm before I went with the Theme or Framework..My biggest concern however is the scrolling image and text.. Can anyone help a brother out?
