cannot see the property listing template

i have activated the agent theme. after reviewing the instructions at http://studiopress.com/support/search.php?t=4744, i still cannot see a property listing template in the edit or add new panel section under attributes. I have default, agent, archive, blog, full width and multi agent. but no property listing template. I can see it in the files with the style sheet. but does not appear for me to select when creating a page. please help.
