Metro Theme all screwwy

The Metro Theme doesn't want to work for me. Hoping I can get some help to fix this. Many Thanks

When I upload theme it makes the dashboard area look funny and has this error message

Then when activated and url http://www.blogdesign4u.com is clicked I get the message below
