If you want your question answered please post a link to where you are having the problem.
If you are using a maintenance plugin then deactivate it.
If you are on a local server then create a testing server and upload the site.

Virtually every moderator on this site uses Firefox and Firebug to diagnose problems. We can't do that if we can't see the site. It's like fighting blind.... Thanks!
