How to change font colour and size of sidebar headers

I want to change the font colour and size of the sidebar headers.

My url is www.breakoutofyourmind.com

I'm using Lifestyle Theme.

I'm sure this must be simple but I cannot find an answer by searching this forum.

I know how to get into the css editor in Wordpress, but cannot determine which bit of css code I need to edit.
