Couple of Questions

I should know the answer to my first question by now, but I can't seem to get it. When I setup my homepage under Feature Content, I also create a thumbnail which you can see on my homepage but when you click on Read More, my full sized image doesn't show up...neither does the thumbnail.

My second question is: how would I add an arrow to point to a second and third page. What I would like to do is have an arrow pointing to a new page once they get to the bottom of the first..like on this page: http://www.colordelaluz.com/?page_id=678
