Upgraded to WP 2.8 now have no categories

Hi,

I upgraded to WP 2.8 and my categories have dissappeared from my navigation. I have not changed anything. When I down grade to V2.7 they come back with no settings changed. Something in 2.8 is affecting the menus. What is strange is that it has happened on some of your other templates... like revolution office but not on others... which leads me to believe it is something to do with the menu code.

Can anyone help!!!
