theme upgrade breaks WP

Hi,

Up until today I have been running my site (http://www.eat-in-valencia.com) with lifestyle version 1.0.

Today, because I am updating all my sites to WordPress 2.8, I decided it was also time to upgrade the theme to 3.0.

However, I cannot get the theme activated, it completely breaks both front- and backend of my WordPress installation.

Do you have any solutions for that? I read on the site that all your themes are compatible with WP 2.8...

Hopefully you have a solution for me!
