Problem embedding video

I am using the Viper Video quick tag on the Streamline 3.0 template. The tags wok on the "video" page and the individual posts, but on the home page I am getting the following error:

swfobject.embedSWF("http://www.youtube.com/v/Mgd0YfKqozg&color1=0x006699&color2=0x54ABD6&border =1&rel=0&fs=1&showsearch=0&showinfo=0", "vvq-13-youtube-1", "500", "405", "9", vvqexpressinstall, vvqflashvars, vvqparams, vvqattributes);

What do I need to do in order to get the video to show up on the home page?
