Not able to drag widgets with upgraded wordpress

Is anyone having a problem dragging widgets over to the right side of the widget screen with the new upgraded wordpress? I tried to drag another text widget over and it does not seem to be able to do it. I had to embed video code into an already existing text widget so the 2 videos are sort of on top of each other...but they do work on www.chitchatmagazine.com.

This is only happening since I upgraded the wordpress version today. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this.
