AgentPress the best option?

I am debating/exploring whether to base my website on AgentPress.....

I understand AgentPress is tailor made for Real-Estate homes sales. My design
is for lending/mortgages. See example,

I have searched far and wide, for mortgage lending themes without success. So my
question is, would AgentPress be the best option to start with? and if so, how much
work will it take to turn it into a lending website?
