Default Genesis TOS question...
When creating a custom client site, it is my understanding that I am allowed to install Genesis on their site along with my custom child theme. They do not have access to help, forums, etc. but they would have the framework on their site.

But what about pre made designs? On my site, I want to sell pre made WordPress themes- automatic download of the custom child theme I've created. I'm wondering if I am allowed to include a zip file of Genesis also, so that my pre made child theme will work. ???
