Will this require complicated code work?

Hi guys,

I am interested in adding several (wide) rows to the bottom left/middle columns of my metro theme. In picture 1, I have the rows I am referring to. In picture 2, you will see my metro theme.

Will this require much coding work? My skills are limited.
