How do I code this privacy policy?

Hi,

My site: www.48daysmarketingcoach.com

On the optin-box, just under the submit button, I want to include the following privacy policy statement, "We HATE SPAM and respect your email privacy".

Here is the code for the bottom portion of that optin box:
