how to add another category in the homepage?

I know how to add another category in my wordpress control panel but what i want is add that category to show in the home page. example i will make a Articles Category i want every post under that articles category will show in between the 2 Latest Tunedtech and my Car blog and i want this to show like my 2 lates tunedtech that it doesnt show all of the post only a few post. how can i do this?
