404 error again

I created a new page called CCIE Jobs ( I previously created a page with this title and deleted it)

It is in my pages but when I preview I get a 404

If I upload I get a 404

If I create a new page with a new title that works fine.

So somewhere in the guts of wordpress there is a reference to a page called ccie-jobs

I know this is not strictly a theme question but does anybody have any ideas?

This is taken from the page in wordpress, I just need to figure out where this page actually is and why my site won't point to it?
