Default Can I use WordPress in my domain name?

Ooops! I recently found a domain name that was perfect for the search term I wanted to target. I set-up the site and google liked it. Then I found this page

http://wordpressfoundation.org/trademark-policy/

It says... “Under no circumstances is it permitted to use WordPress or WordCamp as part of a top-level domain name.”

Ten pounds down the drain, but at least I'll know next time :-)
