Looking for WordPress/Revloution Theme Developer

Hi, My name is Freda Mooncotch. I am the founder of http://www.AlphaWomen.com a social networking site for women. We are currently using Drupal CMS and desperately trying to get out of it. I recently was introduced to Brian's Revolution Theme and believe that wordpress would be an easier platform to use. I purchased the Revolution Theme/Music template and am in need of a developer who has experience in Word Press, Word Press MU and The Revolution Theme. We are going to need to customize it to meet our specific requirements and needs.

The most complex portion of this project is migrating all the content and member data base from drupal to word press.
