Main Menu Tabs

I currently have my main menu set up with sub menus under the main heading.

Is there a way to disable the main menu tab itself and only have the sub-menu's link?

For instance - my main menu tab is SERVICES (which i do not want to link anywhere and only act as a title) and then underneath this tab I have a,b,c,d etc?
