Default Problem with Google fonts

I've used three google web fonts on my Genesis site and they look great on my Mac in all browsers, but absolutely miserable on a PC in Firefox and Chrome--no anti-aliasing at all and very quirky, although they are clearly renditions of the google fonts I chose. Here's a sample page:

Anything to do from within Genesis or my child theme to get the fonts to render better? I found something on the web about GASP tables, but don't know anything about this.

Thank you.
