Anyone else lose FCG when updating to 2.8 with Streamline 3?

Default Anyone else lose FCG when updating to 2.8 with Streamline 3?
Seem to have lost my FCG... doublechecked code snippet in home.php, doublechecked image location, uninstalled/reinstalled.

No dice. Anyone else having this issue?
