BlogPage Question

Hello Everyone.
I tried looking for an answer to my questions prior to posting. I know that viewtopic.php?f=15&t=8242 does provide some great advice. However

I'm trying to set up a blog page on my top nav"artblog" via www.texasgalleryguide.com
However currently its posting everything from the categories into this blog. But what if i have a few blog contributors and they want to just exclusively post in this particular section?

I appreciate your help!
