Seeking advice on my site not indexed by search engines

Hi Everyone,
I have a problem and i am wondering if you guys can help me. I started a zencart store at http://www.sgweddingfavors and a blog at http://www.sgweddingfavors.com/blog.

The problem is my website is not indexed at all after more than 2 months...The thing is my blog is indexed, and when i google it, i see it indexed. But my website is not...And the funny thing is all the backlinks i gotten through 3waylinks are showing up in google when i type links: domain.com

i thought it could be because my "noindex, nofollow" thing when i check my zencart meta tags. But even after i changed it to "index, follow", it doesn't show up.

Wondering if you have any advice for me regarding this?
